From the home screen click the "Handshake" icon located in the upper right hand corner
This page will give you the option to invite someone to Networkr and see those who are still pending approval.
Click the "Invite To Networkr" icon and punch in the cell phone number of the person you want to invite or connect with.
If they are already a Networkr user they will show up on the list below.
Click the "Handshake" icon next to the person you want to connect with and select "Send Connection Request".
Go ahead and set the relationship level you have with this person as well. That way when they approve your request they will be added to your list of contacts.
