How the Program Works:

Joining: Simply sign up through our affiliate portal. No cost to join, just opportunity to earn.

Promotion: Share your unique affiliate link or code via your blog, social media, email, or at networking events.

Earnings:

Level 1: Earn $5 for each new user or group who becomes a referral for a premium package through your link.

Level 2: Earn an additional $3 for each new user or group that becomes a referral under someone you've referred when they purchase a premium package.

Residual Earnings: You receive these commissions every month as long as the referred user or group remains subscribed to a premium package, allowing your earnings to grow month after month.

Commission Structure:

Premium Package Referrals via Your Link: $5 per referral, monthly (Level 1)

Premium Package Referrals via Referrals of Your Referrals: $3 per referral, monthly (Level 2)

4. Payment Terms

Commissions are earned only on users or groups who purchase and maintain a premium package subscription.
Payments are processed monthly on the 5th of each month.

Payment are made through Stripe.

Affiliate commissions will be paid at the beginning of the second month following the month of completed payments.

5. Cookie Duration

Referrals are tracked via cookies with a duration of 30 days. If a user subscribes to a premium package within this period after clicking your affiliate link, you will be credited with the monthly commission for the duration of their subscription.

6. Marketing Restrictions

Affiliates must not use spam, false advertising, or misleading claims to promote Networkr.

Use of Networkr's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material must be approved and used according to our branding guidelines.

Affiliates cannot bid on Networkr's brand name or any variations thereof in PPC campaigns, including Google AdWords.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Networkr in your promotions, in accordance with FTC guidelines.

7. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason with written notice.
Networkr may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any terms herein, engage in unethical behavior, try to double dip by creating multiple accounts, or if your actions harm Networkr's reputation.
Upon termination, you will no longer receive new commissions, but you may be entitled to commissions earned prior to termination for existing subscriptions.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Networkr's trademarks, logos, and other marketing materials solely for promoting Networkr as per these terms.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Networkr.

9. Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Networkr, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, damage, or other loss arising out of your use of Networkr's affiliate program.
Networkr's liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the six months prior to such claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or, if unsuccessful, arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction], in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Modification of Terms

Networkr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Networkr website. You will be notified via email or through the affiliate dashboard of significant changes.

12. Privacy

Information you provide to us in relation to this Affiliate Program will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. We may use this information to administer your account, process payments, and market our services to you.

13. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to advertising laws, consumer protection laws, and data protection laws.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
